Terms of Service
Effective: 13 May 2026
1. Scope of Service
Vigen is a UI/UX wrapper for third-party AI generation APIs, with added value features including Marketing Studio templates and automatic quota rotation logic across free accounts. We do not sell direct access to the underlying AI models, we sell the interface, Marketing Studio, and rotation mechanism.
1a. Models & Modes Available
The app offers eight modes, switchable from the sidebar. Some run on a pool we operate, others require you to connect your own provider account:
- DB (Seedance Instan): Seedance 2.0 video with no setup, up to 4K, aspect ratios 16:9 / 9:16 / 1:1, durations 5 / 10 / 15 seconds. Seedance 2.5 is also available here: durations up to 30 seconds at 480p / 720p, and each generation uses 2 quota slots. A 1080p option is offered for Seedance 2.5 as well, but the provider only renders it at 720p: the 1080p file is produced by our own upscaling on our servers, so it is sharper than a stretched 720p but is not the same as natively rendered 1080p. Text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference-to-video, plus Marketing Studio.
- DL (Seedance Pro): Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 through your own connected account, native ~720p with optional upscale to 1080p, durations 5 / 10 seconds. Text-to-video and multi image-to-video. DL PRO is the same mode running on our shared pool, with durations 5 / 10 / 15 seconds and no credential needed.
- GH (Studio Lengkap): video (Wan 2.7 & HappyHorse, up to 1080p, up to 15 seconds, no watermark), AI image generation (up to 2048px), and Chat (LLM with vision). Text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-to-video, and video edit. Usable on our pool with daily limits, or without limits on your own account.
- LM (Premium HD): cinematic HD video up to 1080p with audio, up to 15 seconds, across eleven models (Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 1.0 Pro, Happy Horse 1.1, Veo 3.1, Gemini Omni, Kling 3.0, Kling O3, Kling 2.6 Motion, Kling 3.0 Motion), plus three HD image models (Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2). Text-to-video, image-to-video, multi-image reference, video reference, and audio reference.
- FG (Studio Gambar): image generation only, no video. Thirteen models (Nano Banana, Google Imagen 4 & 3, FLUX 1.1 Pro and Pro Ultra up to 2752x1536, Recraft V3, Luma Photon, Qwen Image, Stable Diffusion 3.5, MiniMax, NVIDIA Sana and others), text-to-image plus image editing on the models that support it. Requires your own connected account.
- FL (Flow): video (Veo 3, Veo 3 Fast, Omni) and image (Nano Banana). Text-to-video, image-to-video with first/last frame, and text-to-image. Requires your own connected account.
- CV (Converge): multi-model video on our pool (Kling, Seedance, Veo), no setup needed.
- PX (Seedance Ekstra): Seedance 2.0 video on our pool with no setup, aspect ratios 16:9 / 9:16 / 1:1, durations 5 / 10 / 15 seconds, native 720p with upscale to 1080p, up to 9 reference images plus one reference video and one reference audio. Its quota is separate from DB.
Which modes are available to you, and whether a mode runs on our pool or on your own credential, may change as upstream providers change their policies.
The app also includes shared tools available in every mode: Face Bypass (formerly Grid Tool), Gallery, Showcase (community), and Temp Email (a disposable inbox on our own domain to help you register provider accounts).
1080p is available natively on GH, on LM (with audio), and on DB; DB also offers 4K via our upscaler. On DL, 1080p is available via upscale. Available models, resolutions, and limits are determined by the upstream providers and may change at any time, including a model being withdrawn entirely.
1b. AI Agent (beta) & Your Own AI Credential
AI Agent is an assistant inside the app that plans a generation for you: it picks a mode, writes the prompt, and sets the duration, aspect ratio, and resolution. You review that plan and press Generate yourself.
It runs through the same modes as manual generation. The agent has no generation path of its own, so a video made through it costs exactly the same quota, is subject to the same limits and queue, and cannot unlock anything your account does not already have.
You must connect your own AI account. We do not supply the language model that powers the agent. You connect an API key (Anthropic / OpenAI), sign in with your own subscription (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini), or point the agent at your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Any usage cost, rate limit, or suspension on that account is between you and that provider. Credentials are stored encrypted and are only ever used for your own account.
Risk of using a consumer subscription. Signing in with a Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini subscription works through those providers' official CLI applications. That is outside their standard way of being used, and there is a real risk that the provider limits or bans your subscription account. By choosing that option you accept that risk yourself. The safer route is to paste an API key instead. We are not responsible for any action a provider takes against your account.
The agent can be closed to non-admins again at any time while it is in beta. It may misread a request or write a prompt you did not intend; you are responsible for reviewing the plan before generating, exactly as you are responsible for prompts you write yourself.
2. "Unlimited" Mechanism (Account Quota Rotation)
The "unlimited" experience is achieved through automatic quota rotation across free provider accounts. Each newly registered account is granted a free quota allowance for AI generation. Our system manages a pool of such accounts and automatically switches between them when one account approaches its quota limit. From the user's perspective, the experience feels unlimited during the active subscription period, but technically, this is quota rotation, not infrastructure-level unlimited.
Service Dependency: Our service depends on third-party AI providers' free-tier policies. If a provider changes its policy (e.g., closes free account registration, reduces quota allowance, or implements anti-rotation detection), our service will be affected.
Our Commitment: As long as any third-party AI provider remains accessible, we will keep this tool working. If one route closes, we will always look for a new way: a new provider, method, or integration (for example, we recently added Seedance 2.0 access as a new mode). We cannot, however, guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation for factors outside our control.
3. Third-Party Relationship
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any third-party provider, including any underlying AI infrastructure provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. We provide a tool: we do not guarantee the availability, quota, pricing, or results of any third-party service, which may change at any time outside our control. Any use of third-party accounts is subject to that provider's own Terms of Service, and users who set up their own credentials (BYOC) are fully responsible for their account compliance.
4. Payment & No-Refund Policy
Payment via Midtrans (QRIS/GoPay/OVO/Dana/bank/card). Prices in Rupiah, excluding 11% VAT. After successful payment, the tier will activate automatically within a few minutes.
All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing checkout, you acknowledge you have reviewed the service description, sample outputs, and FAQ, and agree to proceed without any right to refund. If you are unsure, please do not purchase.
5. Service Availability
We target 99% uptime, but do not guarantee 100%. If an upstream provider has maintenance/outage or changes its free-tier policy (see Section 2), our service is also affected, beyond our control. Service disruptions of this nature do not entitle users to refunds (see Section 4).
5a. Subscription Expiry & Grace Period
For all tiers (Monthly, 6 Months, 1 Year), after the subscription period ends:
- During grace period (14 days): generation features (video, image, AI chat, Marketing Studio) are disabled, but you may still log in to view and download your previously generated assets.
- After grace period ends: the account is fully locked. Login redirects to the billing page; no other features are accessible until subscription is renewed or upgraded.
Past-generated assets remain stored according to the retention policy and are accessible again on renewal. The Lifetime tier is no longer sold; accounts that already hold it keep it and are not affected by expiry.
5b. Media Retention & Storage
To keep the service sustainable, generated media is retained with limits: max 100 videos + 100 images per account, and max 30 days per file. Beyond these limits the oldest files are automatically deleted from our storage (the generation record may remain, marked as expired). Please download anything you want to keep. We are not liable for media removed under this policy.
5c. Extra Quota Packages (Vigen Plus / Pro / Pro Max)
Extra quota packages multiply your generation quota in DB and LM modes. They sit on top of an active subscription: they always end together with your base subscription, never run longer than 30 days, and the quota returns to normal automatically when the period ends. They are tied to one account and cannot be transferred.
Important risk you accept when buying. As explained in Sections 2 and 3, part of Vigen runs on access paths to third-party providers that are not official partnerships and can change at any time without notice. Extra quota therefore carries a higher risk than the base subscription: it may fail, be reduced, or stop entirely mid-period, for reasons outside our control.
What we do when that happens. As an exception to Section 4: if the extra quota you paid for cannot be used for more than 24 consecutive hours because of such a disruption, your package period is extended by the length of the disruption at no charge. If we cannot restore it within 7×24 hours, the unused portion is refunded proportionally on request. This applies to extra quota packages only, not to the base subscription.
6. Prohibited Use
Generating illegal content, child pornography, non-consensual deepfakes, hate speech, or anything violating Indonesian law is forbidden. Violation = permanent ban without compensation.
6a. Content License & Public Sharing
Each generation has a "Private Mode" toggle (default OFF). While Private Mode is OFF, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use that generated output for our public Showcase, marketing, and promotional materials. Turn Private Mode ON before generating to opt that output out. You confirm you hold the necessary rights to the inputs you provide.
6b. Temp Email Tool
The Temp Email tool gives you a disposable inbox on our own domain to help you register third-party provider accounts. Use it lawfully only, no spam, fraud, harassment, ban-evasion, or any illegal activity. Messages are transient and may be accessed by operators for abuse prevention, so do not use it for sensitive or private correspondence. We may rate-limit or disable this tool at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your most recent subscription. Not responsible for indirect damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate the ToS. You may cancel anytime, the tier remains active until expiry. No refund is given upon cancellation.
9. Governing Law
Subject to Indonesian law. Disputes resolved in Indonesian courts.

1. Cakupan Layanan
Vigen adalah wrapper UI/UX untuk API AI pihak ketiga, dengan fitur tambahan seperti template Marketing Studio dan logika rotasi kuota otomatis antar akun gratis. Kami tidak menjual akses langsung ke model AI-nya, kami menjual antarmuka, Marketing Studio, dan mekanisme rotasi.
1a. Model & Mode yang Tersedia
Aplikasi punya delapan mode, bisa diganti dari sidebar. Sebagian jalan di pool yang kami kelola, sebagian butuh kamu menghubungkan akun provider sendiri:
- DB (Seedance Instan): video Seedance 2.0 tanpa setup, sampai 4K, rasio 16:9 / 9:16 / 1:1, durasi 5 / 10 / 15 detik. Seedance 2.5 juga tersedia di sini: durasi sampai 30 detik di 480p / 720p, dan sekali generate memakai 2 kuota. Pilihan 1080p juga kami sediakan untuk Seedance 2.5, tapi penyedianya hanya merender 720p: berkas 1080p-nya dihasilkan dari upscale kami sendiri di server, jadi lebih tajam daripada 720p yang sekadar diregangkan, tapi bukan 1080p yang dirender asli. Teks→Video, Gambar→Video, dan Referensi→Video, plus Marketing Studio.
- DL (Seedance Pro): Seedance 2.0 dan Seedance 2.5 lewat akun yang kamu hubungkan sendiri, native ~720p dengan opsi upscale ke 1080p, durasi 5 / 10 detik. Teks→Video dan multi Gambar→Video. DL PRO adalah mode yang sama tapi jalan di pool bersama kami, durasi 5 / 10 / 15 detik dan tanpa perlu kredensial.

- FG (Studio Gambar): khusus generate gambar, tidak ada video. Tiga belas model (Nano Banana, Google Imagen 4 & 3, FLUX 1.1 Pro dan Pro Ultra sampai 2752x1536, Recraft V3, Luma Photon, Qwen Image, Stable Diffusion 3.5, MiniMax, NVIDIA Sana, dan lainnya), teks→gambar plus edit gambar di model yang mendukung. Butuh akun yang kamu hubungkan sendiri.
- FL (Flow): video (Veo 3, Veo 3 Fast, Omni) dan gambar (Nano Banana). Teks→Video, Gambar→Video dengan frame awal/akhir, dan Teks→Gambar. Butuh akun yang kamu hubungkan sendiri.
- CV (Converge): video multi-model di pool kami (Kling, Seedance, Veo), tanpa setup.
- PX (Seedance Ekstra): video Seedance 2.0 di pool kami tanpa setup, rasio 16:9 / 9:16 / 1:1, durasi 5 / 10 / 15 detik, native 720p dengan upscale ke 1080p, sampai 9 gambar referensi plus satu video dan satu audio referensi. Kuotanya terpisah dari DB.
Mode mana yang tersedia untukmu, dan apakah sebuah mode jalan di pool kami atau di kredensial sendiri, bisa berubah mengikuti kebijakan penyedia upstream.
Tersedia juga tools yang dipakai di semua mode: Face Bypass (dulu bernama Grid Tool), Gallery, Showcase (komunitas), dan Email Temp (kotak masuk sekali-pakai di domain kami sendiri buat bantu daftar akun provider).
1080p tersedia native di GH, LM (dengan audio), dan DB; di DB juga ada opsi 4K lewat upscaler kami. Di DL, 1080p tersedia lewat upscale. Model, resolusi, dan batasan yang tersedia ditentukan oleh penyedia upstream dan bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu, termasuk sebuah model ditarik sepenuhnya.
1b. AI Agent (beta) & Kredensial AI Milikmu Sendiri
AI Agent adalah asisten di dalam app yang menyusunkan rencana generate untukmu: memilih mode, menulis prompt, lalu menentukan durasi, rasio, dan resolusi. Rencananya kamu periksa dulu, dan tombol Generate tetap kamu yang tekan.
Jalannya lewat mode yang sama dengan generate manual. Agent tidak punya jalur generate sendiri, jadi video yang dibuat lewat agent memakan kuota yang sama persis, tunduk pada batas dan antrean yang sama, dan tidak bisa membuka apa pun yang memang belum jadi hak akunmu.
Kamu wajib menghubungkan akun AI milikmu sendiri. Model bahasa yang menjadi otak agent tidak kami sediakan. Kamu menempelkan API key (Anthropic / OpenAI), login dengan langgananmu sendiri (Claude, ChatGPT, atau Gemini), atau mengarahkan agent ke endpoint OpenAI-compatible punyamu. Segala biaya pemakaian, batas laju, atau penangguhan di akun itu adalah urusan antara kamu dan penyedianya. Kredensial disimpan terenkripsi dan hanya dipakai untuk akunmu sendiri.
Risiko memakai akun langganan. Login memakai langganan Claude, ChatGPT, atau Gemini berjalan lewat aplikasi CLI resmi milik penyedia tersebut. Itu di luar cara pakai standar mereka, dan ada risiko nyata akun langgananmu dibatasi atau diblokir. Dengan memilih opsi itu, kamu menanggung risikonya sendiri. Jalur yang lebih aman adalah menempel API key. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas tindakan apa pun yang diambil penyedia terhadap akunmu.
Selama masih beta, AI Agent bisa sewaktu-waktu ditutup lagi untuk non-admin. Agent juga bisa salah menangkap maksudmu atau menulis prompt yang tidak kamu inginkan; memeriksa rencana sebelum generate adalah tanggung jawabmu, sama seperti kamu bertanggung jawab atas prompt yang kamu tulis sendiri.
2. Mekanisme "Unlimited" (Rotasi Kuota Akun)
Pengalaman "unlimited" dicapai lewat rotasi kuota otomatis antar akun gratis penyedia. Tiap akun baru yang didaftarkan mendapat jatah kuota gratis untuk generasi AI. Sistem kami mengelola kumpulan akun seperti itu dan otomatis berpindah saat satu akun mendekati batas kuotanya. Dari sisi pengguna, terasa unlimited selama masa langganan aktif, tapi secara teknis ini rotasi kuota, bukan unlimited di level infrastruktur.
Ketergantungan Layanan: Layanan kami bergantung pada kebijakan free-tier penyedia AI pihak ketiga. Jika penyedia mengubah kebijakannya (mis. menutup pendaftaran akun gratis, mengurangi jatah kuota, atau menerapkan deteksi anti-rotasi), layanan kami akan terpengaruh.
Komitmen Kami: Selama ada penyedia AI pihak ketiga yang masih bisa diakses, kami akan terus mengusahakan tool ini berfungsi. Jika satu jalur tertutup, kami akan selalu mencari cara baru: penyedia, metode, atau integrasi baru (contoh: kami baru menambahkan akses Seedance 2.0 sebagai mode baru). Namun kami tidak bisa menjamin operasi 100% tanpa henti untuk faktor di luar kendali kami.
3. Hubungan dengan Pihak Ketiga
Kami tidak berafiliasi, tidak didukung, tidak disponsori, dan tidak bermitra dengan penyedia pihak ketiga manapun, termasuk penyedia infrastruktur AI yang mendasarinya. Semua merek dagang milik pemiliknya masing-masing. Kami menyediakan sebuah tool: kami tidak menjamin ketersediaan, kuota, harga, atau hasil dari layanan pihak ketiga manapun, yang sewaktu-waktu bisa berubah di luar kendali kami. Penggunaan akun pihak ketiga tunduk pada Terms of Service penyedia tersebut, dan pengguna yang memakai credential sendiri (BYOC) bertanggung jawab penuh atas kepatuhan akunnya.
4. Pembayaran & Kebijakan Tanpa Refund
Pembayaran via Midtrans (QRIS/GoPay/OVO/Dana/bank/kartu). Harga dalam Rupiah, belum termasuk PPN 11%. Setelah pembayaran sukses, tier aktif otomatis dalam beberapa menit.
Semua pembayaran bersifat final dan tidak dapat dikembalikan dalam kondisi apa pun. Dengan menyelesaikan checkout, kamu menyatakan telah meninjau deskripsi layanan, contoh hasil, dan FAQ, serta setuju melanjutkan tanpa hak refund. Jika ragu, mohon jangan membeli.
5. Ketersediaan Layanan
Kami menargetkan uptime 99%, tapi tidak menjamin 100%. Jika penyedia upstream mengalami maintenance/gangguan atau mengubah kebijakan free-tier-nya (lihat Bagian 2), layanan kami ikut terpengaruh, di luar kendali kami. Gangguan semacam ini tidak memberi hak refund (lihat Bagian 4).
5a. Masa Berlaku Langganan & Tenggang
Untuk semua tier (Bulanan, 6 Bulan, 1 Tahun), setelah masa langganan berakhir:
- Selama masa tenggang (14 hari): fitur generasi (video, gambar, chat AI, Marketing Studio) dinonaktifkan, tapi kamu masih bisa login untuk melihat & mengunduh aset yang sudah pernah dibuat.
- Setelah masa tenggang habis: akun terkunci penuh. Login diarahkan ke halaman billing; tidak ada fitur lain yang bisa diakses sampai langganan diperpanjang atau di-upgrade.
Aset lama tetap tersimpan sesuai kebijakan retensi dan bisa diakses lagi saat langganan diperpanjang. Tier Lifetime sudah tidak dijual lagi; akun yang sudah punya tetap memilikinya dan tidak terpengaruh expiry.
5b. Retensi Media & Penyimpanan
Agar layanan tetap berkelanjutan, media hasil generate disimpan dengan batas: maksimal 100 video + 100 gambar per akun, dan maksimal 30 hari per file. Melebihi batas itu, file terlama otomatis dihapus dari penyimpanan kami (catatan generate bisa tetap ada, ditandai kedaluwarsa). Silakan unduh apa pun yang ingin kamu simpan. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas media yang terhapus karena kebijakan ini.
5c. Paket Tambahan Kuota (Vigen Plus / Pro / Pro Max)
Paket tambahan kuota melipatgandakan kuota generate kamu di mode DB dan LM. Sifatnya menumpang di atas langganan yang aktif: selalu berakhir bersamaan dengan langganan dasarmu, tidak pernah lebih dari 30 hari, dan kuotanya kembali normal otomatis begitu masanya habis. Terikat pada satu akun dan tidak bisa dipindahkan.
Risiko yang kamu terima saat membeli. Seperti dijelaskan di Bagian 2 dan 3, sebagian Vigen berjalan di atas jalur akses ke penyedia pihak ketiga yang bukan kemitraan resmi dan bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan. Karena itu kuota tambahan punya risiko lebih besar daripada langganan dasar: bisa gagal, berkurang, atau berhenti sama sekali di tengah masa berlakunya, karena hal di luar kendali kami.
Yang kami lakukan kalau itu terjadi. Sebagai pengecualian dari Bagian 4: kalau kuota tambahan yang sudah kamu bayar tidak bisa dipakai lebih dari 24 jam berturut-turut karena gangguan semacam itu, masa berlaku paketmu kami perpanjang selama gangguan tersebut, tanpa biaya. Kalau dalam 7×24 jam tidak juga pulih, sisa yang belum terpakai kami kembalikan secara proporsional atas permintaan kamu. Ketentuan ini khusus untuk paket tambahan kuota, bukan untuk langganan dasar.
6. Penggunaan yang Dilarang
Membuat konten ilegal, pornografi anak, deepfake tanpa persetujuan, ujaran kebencian, atau apa pun yang melanggar hukum Indonesia dilarang. Pelanggaran = ban permanen tanpa kompensasi.
6a. Lisensi Konten & Berbagi Publik
Setiap generate punya tombol "Private Mode" (default MATI). Selama Private Mode mati, kamu memberi kami lisensi non-eksklusif & bebas royalti untuk menampilkan, menggandakan, dan memakai hasil generate itu untuk Showcase publik, marketing, dan materi promosi kami. Aktifkan Private Mode sebelum generate untuk meng-opt-out hasil tersebut. Kamu menyatakan punya hak atas materi input yang kamu berikan.
6b. Tool Email Temp
Tool Email Temp memberi kamu kotak masuk sekali-pakai di domain kami sendiri buat bantu daftar akun provider pihak ketiga. Pakai secara sah saja, dilarang spam, penipuan, pelecehan, menghindari ban, atau aktivitas ilegal apa pun. Pesan bersifat sementara dan bisa diakses operator untuk pencegahan penyalahgunaan, jadi jangan dipakai untuk korespondensi sensitif/pribadi. Kami bisa membatasi atau menonaktifkan tool ini kapan saja.
7. Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Tanggung jawab kami terbatas pada nilai langganan terakhir kamu. Tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung.
8. Penghentian
Kami dapat menangguhkan akun yang melanggar ToS. Kamu bisa membatalkan kapan saja, tier tetap aktif sampai expiry. Tidak ada refund saat pembatalan.
9. Hukum yang Berlaku
Tunduk pada hukum Indonesia. Sengketa diselesaikan di pengadilan Indonesia.
